2-3 ice baths per week are a good starting point. You should also allow your body to rest and recover for multiple days between sessions.
Ice baths can be a powerful recovery tool, but they're not for everyone. Consult your doctor if you have any pre-existing health conditions like heart problems, high blood pressure, or uncontrolled seizures.
Ideally, it should be between 10°C to 15°C (50°F to 59°F) for 10 to 15 minutes.
You can use any garden hose to fill the bath. We recommend only filling 70% of the bath.
