Back home in the Philippines, I immersed myself in cold therapy techniques, especially the Wim Hof Method. This research unveiled the potential of cold plunging. In 2023, I joined a group session at Kaminoken farm, led by Coach Nasser from Bali, which reignited my interest in ice bathing.
Feeling empowered, I invested in an ice bath machine, making each plunge an intentional practice for inner peace. This passion inspired me to create a business to help others find peace beyond meditation.
